Although the school year is ending, Kylie Coomes, a Rushville resident and Chadron State College student, is excited about what the upcoming school year may bring. Coomes has been tasked with rejuvenating the War Eagles, a club that once went hand-in-hand with the ROTC program, which has also recently been reinstated at CSC.
