The end of an era. Legendary Curly Slide comes down

    The end of an era has come to a close here in Gordon.

    Fairview Park, located on the northeast side of Gordon, plays host to a large field, a youth baseball and softball field, and playground equipment.

    One piece of equipment at Fairview Park holds quite the lore in these parts; the Curly Slide.
