By Heidi Beguin The regular meeting of the Hay Springs City Council was held on Tuesday, August 13, and called to order at 7 p.m. Present were Mayor Keith Kearns, Chuck Toof, Dave Agnes, Luke Marcy, and Brant Buettner. City clerk Samantha Orr was also present.
A Special Liquor License was approved for the Legion’s fundraiser for Boys and Girls State being held on October 26.
