Stouffer signs to play at the next level for Black Hills State

    On Thursday, February 22, St. Thomas More senior Marcus Stouffer signed his Letter of Intent to continue his football career at Black Hills State University in Spearfish, S.D.

    Stouffer is the son of Kelly and Barb Stouffer who live north of Rushville in northern Sheridan County.
