Hay Springs City Council fills empty seat with familiar face

    The Hay Springs City Council met for the regularly scheduled meeting on May 14 at 7 p.m.

    All councilmen were present including mayor Keith Kearns, Chuck Toof, Dave Agnes, Luke Marcy, and city clerk Samantha Orr.

    The council agreed to move up a couple items for members of the public who were present.
