Mustangs win all four! Perfect week capped with Invite Title

What a week it was for the Gordon-Rushville Volleyball team.The team would host two home events during the course of the week previous and would finish with a perfect 4-0 record.The four wins for the Mustangs pushed their record to an impressive 7-2 on the 2024 season.

Hawks pour 88 points on Coyotes for the win

By Scott Bidroski The Gordon-Rushville Girls Golf team made the short trip over to Chadron for a tournament this past week.The duo from G-R played the course on Tuesday, September 10. Senior Katie Coomes shot a 104 on the day, just missing out on placing.

Hawks grind down Tigers to week one win

By Scott Bidroski It was not exactly what everyone had in mind when it came to football weather on Friday, August 30 when these two teams suited up.A 2 p.m. kickoff meant temps were in the upper 80’s for the season openers for Hay Springs and Paxton at Jaggers Memorial Field in Hay Springs.
