Just as God gave himself up for us, we are to give ourselves completely, without the slightest concern of the consequences, up to him.
We should never be concerned with the cost of abandonment to God. We can only come to salvation through the Lord Jesus Christ and when we do it is not merely deliverance from sin, but deliverance from ourselves completely, that we experience.
