Mustangs collect a bevy of All-Conference honors during WTC meet

The Gordon-Rushville Mustang Track & Field team made the trip back to Mitchell High School this past Saturday, April 13 to compete in the Western Trails Conference (WTC) Track Meet.When the events were all completed on the day, a multitude of Mustangs were headed home with WTC All-Conference honors.

Mustangs continue season with Mitchell Invite on April 4

By Scott Bidroski The Gordon-Rushville Mustang Track & Field team took off for Mitchell High School for their third track meet of the season.The competition at the meet was high, with a good mix of larger schools also attending.

Four Mustang wrestlers pick up medals at Folkstyle Nationals

A small group of young Mustang girls and boys made a trip to Spearfish, S.D. to jump into one of the biggest wrestling tournaments in the region.Black Hills State University placed host for the event, which featured 1,300 pre-registered participants plus late additions.

Hawks have strong performance at Bayard CD Invite

By Scott Bidroski The Hay Springs Hawks continued their 2024 campaign on the track with the Bayard CD Invitational on Thursday, March 28.Senior Gage Mintken would bring home the gold in three events and a silver in one event to lead the charge for the Hawks.

Grover inches closer to history, Mustangs have solid day in Bayard

By Scott Bidroski Mother Nature got the note to give the Mustang Track & Field team so much needed sunshine for their annual trip to Bayard for the Invite.A host of Mustangs set personal bests in the sunshine and warm temps, as they really ramp up their 2024 campaign.
